Qualcomm is hiring a Business Operations Analyst, Processor to support Qualcomm.com operations as part of the Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team. This role is ideal for fresh postgraduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in business operations, compliance, and customer support within a global technology organization.

In this role, you will handle support tickets, document governance, and customer requests, acting as a key coordination point between customers, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders. You’ll ensure information accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance while helping improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

What you’ll work on:

• Managing internal and external support tickets with timely and accurate resolution
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve turnaround time and service quality
• Conducting proactive document audits to ensure compliance and governance standards
• Tracking and managing product datasheets and document requests
• Analyzing request patterns and sharing insights with leadership and product teams
• Ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to information governance policies
• Supporting ad-hoc business operations and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Analytics, or related field

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and high data accuracy
• Flexibility to work evening calls or shifts (8 PM–11 PM IST or 2:30 PM–11:30 PM IST)
